Once again, the Consorci de l’Estany together with the naturalist association Limnos and the Museu Darder, have organized several activities to celebrate the World Wetlands Day. That date commemorates the signing of the Ramsar Convention in 1971 for the protection of these ecosystems.

The activities are scheduled for February the 3rd and the 5th with a series of talks and an field activities. During the talks, one of them is a related with LIFE project Potamo Fauna, and will be done by Quim Pou Rovira, the technical coordinator of the project, called "The management of fish stocks in the lake of Banyoles”.
