From 24th to 27th November, three technicians of the LIFE Potamo Fauna (Miquel Campos, finance coordinator; Quim Pou, technical coordinator, and Carles Feo technician) participated in the International Workshop of breeding naiads Unionides held in Clervaux (Luxembourg), where they participate in global, with two oral presentations and seven posters. The conference was organized by the LIFE Unio of Luxembourg.

The workshop was a meeting place to meet, disseminate and share experiences and management strategies in captive breeding of freshwater mussels. The conference served to share management experiences, training staff and establishing contacts for future co-operation with other authorities and managers of natural areas or organizations to find new ways for the recovery of stocks naiads. The number of participants was around 80 people.
