Supreme Court extends the list of invasive species and doesn’t allow the exceptions for hunting or fishing

The Supreme Court has partially accepted an appeal from “Ecologistas en Acción”,  and has expanded the catalog of Spanish invasive alien species, including among other species the Common Carp and Rainbow Trout. It also has overrided exceptions in the legislation that allowed hunting or fishing of some of these species or other marketing interest ones, such as Red Crab.
